Pork bone broth

Pork bone soup is a winter preparation, specific to the Romanian cuisine. After the holidays, this traditional sour cream is highly appreciated in the family.

3 pork bones

2 strains

2 carrots

1 celery

1 root pastarnac

1 cup of rice

1 parsley bond

1 duck connection

1/2 l cabbage juice

2 l of water

Method of preparation

Wash the pork bones, then break them lengthwise and bring them to a boil in a pot with water. When everything starts to boil, remove the foam and let it continue to boil over low heat. After about an hour, strain the soup and place the pot on a small fire with the washed and chopped garlic.

Add the washed rice, and after it boils, add the cabbage juice. Finally, sprinkle freshly chopped green vegetables over the broth.

Trick: The soup does not need salt, because the cabbage juice is sufficiently salted.
