Sandwich with pork pulp is a tasty preparation, which you can easily transform into the service package.
2 slices bread toast
1 small white onion
2 cloves of garlic
2 bay leaves
150 g pork pulp
freshly ground pepper
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
100 ml red wine
50 g cheese
Method of preparation
Season the pork pulp with salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce, then place it in a tray. Pour the red wine over it and add the bay leaves, then give everything to the oven, over medium heat, about 20 minutes.
5 minutes before removing the pulp from the oven, add the chopped onion and garlic cloves. Remove the pulp from the oven and leave to cool, then chop it and place it between slices of toast.
Roast the cheese and then give it everything in the microwave, about 3 minutes, until the cheese melts.
